Description

  • Lead complex DFIR and GRIT engagements from scoping through closure, coordinating resources, deliverables, timelines, and communications.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical engagements, client concerns, and active incident response events.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, scope changes, blockers, and budget issues.
  • Review engagement deliverables for quality, consistency, and suitability for technical and executive audiences.
  • Lead client kickoffs, status meetings, post-engagement reviews, and ongoing stakeholder communications.
  • Develop repeatable delivery processes, playbooks, templates, automation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track delivery metrics, KPIs, capacity utilization, engagement health, and financial performance.
  • Mentor Delivery Coordinators and support onboarding, training, debriefs, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Partner with Practice Leadership on capacity planning, resource forecasting, pipeline management, service development, and process maturity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Account Executives, Finance, Billing, and Technical Consulting teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project, delivery, or engagement management experience in cybersecurity consulting or managed services.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Digital Forensics and Incident Response and/or Threat Intelligence operations.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in a consulting services environment.
  • Knowledge of DFIR and Threat Intelligence methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Demonstrated client relationship management and communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of network traffic analysis, host forensics, malware triage, log review, dark web intelligence, threat modeling, and incident response methodologies.
  • Knowledge of EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM, firewalls, NGAV, Velociraptor, OSQuery, and related technologies preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, GIAC, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
  • Experience implementing delivery frameworks, process improvements, or operational workflows preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce/Certinia; ability to travel up to 10%.
