Description

  • Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and Phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Document and optimize end-to-end procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report processes.
  • Design solution architectures covering integrations, data management, and application security.
  • Lead business validation and user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, scripts, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Build implementation plans, track milestones, and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Evaluate D365 AI capabilities and other AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce redundant work.
  • Partner with implementation vendors to ensure delivered solutions match approved designs.
  • Drive change management through training, adoption support, and identification of process workarounds.
  • Ensure ERP processes comply with internal controls and company policies.
  • Promote configuration over customization and support operational excellence projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, with strong knowledge of business and financial processes.
  • 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple business functions and end-to-end enterprise processes.
  • Experience with assessment, analysis, business case development, solution planning, deployment, and benefits realization.
  • Ability to work across executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on implementation delivery.
  • Experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations; supplements or food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
  • Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certification preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for documentation, test generation, and analysis preferred.
