Description

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows.
  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business insights and KPI tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and delivering user training.
  • Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance practices.
  • Support Salesforce integrations, deployments, and platform enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • University degree or relevant professional certification (ADM 201).
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and deliver timely work.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and take initiative in solving problems.
