Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of approximately 45 specialists across multiple technical domains.
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for native files, exports, and documentation.
  • Review deliverables for structure, reproducibility, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Standardize workflows, file organization, and submission processes across tools and platforms.
  • Conduct quality audits and manage rework cycles when needed.
  • Implement and maintain performance tracking and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with teams working across CAD, 3D, animation, and related domains.
  • Drive operational improvements and ensure consistency across all outputs.
  • Provide regular reporting on delivery, quality, and team performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical or creative production teams.
  • Proven experience leading large teams of 40+ specialists or trainers in a structured delivery environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including task allocation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working with CAD, 3D modeling, animation, video, or similar domains.
  • Working knowledge of parametric modeling, non-destructive workflows, and native file structures.
  • Experience implementing quality control processes and performance tracking systems.
  • Strong documentation, process design, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams in deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to CAD platforms, 3D/animation software, or design tools is preferred.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams is preferred.
  • Background in production pipelines or content operations at scale is preferred.
