Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow the market and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect, target, and onboard primary care practices as early adopters of Galleri.
  • Execute the national sales strategy and promotional activities in alignment with GRAIL standards and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other internal teams to share field insights and support execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED science and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff.
  • Lead product discussions, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Travel extensively to in-person physician practices, events, and other business locations, including overnight travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel as required, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Background in medical or biological sciences (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (preferred).
  • Recognition for sales performance such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement (strongly preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides (preferred).
