Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive growth and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Expand prescribing volume and optimize promotional spending in alignment with GRAIL’s national sales strategy.
  • Prospect primary care practices, generate interest in Galleri, and identify and onboard early adopters.
  • Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to share field insights that inform strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on the science behind MCED technology and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage complex customer accounts by engaging providers, administrators, and clinical staff through consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions.
  • Lead product conversations, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity documentation in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, company, and healthcare industry requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 85%, including overnight travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement, strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, work independently, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of the local geography and customer base preferred.
