Description

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
  • Engage qualified prospects over the phone and close deals through the full sales cycle.
  • Follow a proven sales process using step-by-step scripts to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Track and optimize performance against key metrics such as phone time, outbound dials, and sales results.
  • Participate in a paid, instructor-led virtual training program.
  • Work collaboratively with supportive leaders in a fast-paced remote sales environment.

Requirements

  • Experience succeeding in a high-volume, competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
  • No night shifts or weekend shifts.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • State residency in FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.
  • Strong phone-based sales skills and comfort working from provided leads.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and a defined sales process.
