Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow sales and meet or exceed goals.
  • Expand prescribing breadth and depth while optimizing promotional budgets and executing the national sales strategy.
  • Prospect primary care practices, generate interest in Galleri, and identify and onboard early adopters.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other internal teams to share field insights and shape execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED science and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff.
  • Lead product discussions, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel as required, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Background in medical or biological sciences (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals (preferred).
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, work independently, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of the local geography and customer base.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides.
