Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive growth and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect and target primary care practices to generate interest in Galleri and identify early adopters.
  • Expand prescribing breadth and depth while optimizing promotional budgets and executing the national sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff through consultative selling and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other teams to inform strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED science and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Lead product discussions, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and refine approach.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity documentation in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides.
