Description

  • Prospect and close net-new business across the East region.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Explain the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to prospective customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline forecasting and customer data in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work with customers during the trial phase and support a smooth handoff to the Growth team.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs before presenting products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and remotely.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Technical background with prior experience selling technical products.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
