Description

  • Design, develop, test, and ship AI-powered features for large-scale data exploration and analytics.
  • Own the development of high-performance AI solutions that help users discover, organize, and optimize access to data.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on LLM- and agent-powered workflows using real user feedback.
  • Collaborate with teammates on AI-driven product features and integrate agentic components with internal tools such as Slack and alerting systems.
  • Partner with internal data teams to dogfood solutions and validate product ideas early.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and development workflows.
  • Communicate effectively in a highly dynamic, collaborative environment and contribute across teams.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
  • Make UI design decisions and tackle complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
  • A proven track record of delivering software to production that is actively used by users.
  • Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
  • Strong software engineering background and experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, define scope in loosely defined situations, and take initiative.
  • Comfort with rapid experimentation, prototype release, and iterative development.
  • Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (bonus).
  • Experience as a data analyst or with data platforms such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, or Databricks (bonus).
  • Experience building tools for data engineering (bonus).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €117,000 - €147,000 in Ireland.
  • Equity included as part of the compensation package.
