Description

  • Own and enhance core planning and capacity models in Pigment.
  • Maintain workforce planning infrastructure, including headcount models, territory capacity, and role-based productivity assumptions.
  • Build scalable, self-service planning processes that reduce manual coordination.
  • Document model logic, assumptions, and data flows to support cross-functional understanding.
  • Define and measure capacity across GTM teams including Sales, SE, CX, SDR, and Partners.
  • Analyze productivity metrics such as deal cycle time, win rates, pipeline generation, and attainment trends.
  • Build standard reporting on GTM performance to inform planning decisions and operational targets.
  • Partner with Data, Field Ops, and Finance to improve reporting infrastructure and planning forecasts.
  • Support leadership with strategic analysis on market segmentation, vertical performance, pricing scenarios, and territory adjustments.
  • Translate analysis into clear, decision-oriented narratives for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, GTM analytics, workforce planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, data lineage analysis, and debugging data quality issues.
  • Demonstrated modeling experience in workforce planning, capacity analysis, segmentation, or scenario modeling.
  • Experience with planning or FP&A tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with Sales or GTM organizations and metrics such as rep productivity, pipeline coverage, capacity, and quota attainment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure unstructured problems and work autonomously.
  • Location in the United States, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, or Spain.
  • Experience with Grafana, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and GTM productivity tools such as Outreach, Clari, or People.ai is preferred.
  • Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and GTM planning processes is preferred.
  • Previous experience in open-source or developer-focused SaaS companies is preferred.

  • OTE compensation range up to $92,000-$115,000 in the United States, depending on level, experience, and skillset.
