Description

  • Perform in-depth analysis of consumer metrics such as LTV, CAC, churn, and cohort performance using SQL and statistical methods.
  • Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track acquisition, retention, engagement, and other key KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate elasticity, competitive pricing, and promotional impacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams on growth strategy, A/B testing support, and scenario planning.
  • Identify data gaps and partner with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer analysis.
  • Prepare presentations and reports that translate technical findings into business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc research projects on regional markets and emerging broadband adoption trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and dashboard creation/management using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
  • 1+ years of experience leading projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or another related quantitative field preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
  • Experience with forecasting, financial metrics such as LTV and CAC, or pricing analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques such as time-series analysis or regression in Python or R.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or automation scripting such as Python or VBA.
  • Background in high-growth consumer tech, startups, or consulting, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with market intelligence tools such as surveys or competitive analysis platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Project management experience in fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to travel between various SpaceX sites.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Department of State.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 per year.
