Description

  • Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana Labs’ value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own technical engagement with customers and support closing high-velocity opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on enablement for prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide technical evaluations and ongoing customer interaction to help ensure customer success.
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and the Product Management and Engineering teams by sharing feedback and market insights.
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems discovered during engagements.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally in open source technologies or the metrics/monitoring space.
  • Ideally located in Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, and/or Tampa.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for varied and complex startup responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, international team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and technical advantages to customers.
  • Technical mindset with a desire to continue growing technically.
  • Experience in post-sales or engineering, or recent bootcamp graduate experience, is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and creative.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth startup environment.
