Description

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect outbound into net-new customers across the New England region.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities with prospective customers.
  • Understand and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Work with customers during the trial phase and support a smooth handoff to Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, online, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and remotely.
  • Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • A self-starter mindset with an energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious approach.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
