Description

  • Engage inbound users and prospects, listen to their needs, and provide appropriate resources and guidance.
  • Proactively outreach to target accounts using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) and prioritize outreach using research and data.
  • Partner with the Sales team to connect with additional stakeholders and identify new business opportunities that feed the company’s revenue pipeline.
  • Drive effective discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals and communicate how Grafana can help.
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, the open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to coordinate campaigns and win as a team.
  • Use AI tools and data-driven methods to improve productivity and customize outreach.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Located in Germany.
  • Comfortable and effective on the phone; able to drive business conversations and perform outbound calling.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
  • Open to feedback and coaching and continuously looking for ways to improve.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and willing to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality.
  • Technically curious with an interest in Grafana, open source, and observability; willingness to learn product and industry.
  • Experience or willingness to use Salesforce, Grafana dashboards, research/data-driven prospecting, and AI tools to increase productivity.
