Description

  • Prospect, identify, and close expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts in Germany.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Generate demand through outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads.
  • Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Create quotes, process orders, and handle day-to-day customer requests.
  • Build strong customer relationships and take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs first.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Fluent in both English and German, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, online, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships in person and virtually.
  • Adaptable, energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player.
  • Experience working in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
