Description

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect outbound into net-new customers and cultivate opportunities from both outbound activity and inbound leads.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Build, manage, and track the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Understand and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to prospective customers.
  • Lead customers through the trial phase and hand off strong relationships to the Growth team.
  • Manage forecast accuracy, quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach by learning customer needs before discussing products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer.
  • Experience selling technical products.
  • Adaptability and experience working in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channels.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both in person and remotely.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
  • An energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious, team-oriented mindset is required.

  • OTE compensation range of $260,000 to $300,000 in the US.
