Description

Own the Turnkey Business Unit P&L and drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Define and execute the strategic vision for the turnkey platform based on market insights and business goals.
Measure business success through KPIs tied to operator retention, product performance, and profitability.
Validate product innovation and core ecosystem components such as PAM, Payments, and CRM.
Prioritize the product roadmap to improve player acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Align content providers and third-party integrations to improve operator economics and user experience.
Scale efficient operational processes across the turnkey platform to support high-load traffic.
Launch and improve front-end, app, and CMS tools that support engagement and conversion.
Optimize payments orchestration and KYC/compliance integrations to reduce friction.
Build and mentor a cross-functional leadership team across Product, Operations, Partnerships, Payments, and Risk/Antifraud.
Remove cross-functional blockers between IT, Marketing, Sales, and other business units.
Partner with Sales on commercial negotiations and third-party/operator agreements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a senior iGaming leadership role with explicit P&L ownership of a B2B platform solution.
Experience managing large, complex cross-functional teams of 100+ employees.
Deep technical and product knowledge across the iGaming platform stack, including PAM, CRM, Payments, and bonus engines.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and understanding of player segmentation and operator operations.
Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strong negotiation and partnership management capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel to Cyprus for business trips.
Entrepreneurial background or experience scaling a product in a high-growth environment (preferred).
Strong connections within the global iGaming content provider and aggregation ecosystem (preferred).
