Description

  • Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across search, display, demand generation, PMax, standard shopping, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement advanced paid search strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and CAC goals.
  • Run ongoing optimizations and experiments to improve account growth and client performance.
  • Manage up to 10-12 accounts or a total monthly recurring revenue of $50,000.
  • Lead client calls and explain account performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell additional services and channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align ad strategy and ad copy with client goals across text, static, and video assets.
  • Provide insights on SEO, paid social, and email marketing opportunities to support cross-sell efforts.
  • Use Monday and other internal tools to organize workflows, track performance, and meet deadlines.
  • Optimize e-commerce product feeds using DataFeedWatch or Merchant Center and adapt to other feed tools as needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing mid- to high-value accounts with varying ad spend levels and delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and optimization techniques across multiple ad types.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead calls and present strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work remotely in a full-time role.
  • Physical ability to sit and work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Familiarity with DataFeedWatch or Merchant Center for product feed optimization is required, with other feed tools potentially trained on a case-by-case basis.
