Description

  • Identify and prospect healthcare employers and decision-makers nationwide to build a new pipeline.
  • Design and execute automated email and SMS outreach campaigns to engage cold and dormant leads.
  • Own the full sales funnel from initial outreach through contract signature.
  • Present Gotham’s hybrid job board and recruiting solutions to healthcare employers in a consultative sales process.
  • Manage account relationships, maintain retention, and identify upsell opportunities for recruitment services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for lead activity, outreach metrics, and deal stages in Zoho.
  • Work with healthcare executives through Zoom and phone demos to advance opportunities.
  • Use a self-directed approach to develop and manage your own book of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in healthcare staffing, HR Tech, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build a book of business from scratch without inbound leads.
  • Experience using email marketing tools such as Zoho and SMS platforms for B2B sales.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for high-conversion email and text outreach.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for Zoom and phone demos.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle high-volume outreach and gatekeepers in the medical industry.
  • Experience maintaining detailed CRM records and tracking sales activity.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and own sales strategy.
  • Work schedule availability for Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • W2 full-time availability and commitment to 100% remote work.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Additional bonuses and commission.
  • Uncapped commission structure based on new lead conversion and contract value.
  • 100% remote work setup.
  • Full-time W2 employment.
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
