Description

  • Manage SRE teams and support the technical excellence of teammates.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Victoria-Metrics, and Grafana to detect and address performance issues proactively.
  • Manage logging infrastructure using Fluent, Fluent-bit, ElasticSearch, and Kibana for efficient log collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Configure and manage alerting systems such as AlertManager and Opsgenie to respond to critical incidents and minimize downtime.
  • Control utilization of AWS cloud services and design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure.
  • Use AWS services including EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, and IAM to support performance, reliability, and security.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize systems on Debian-based environments.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD to support software delivery and infrastructure automation.
  • Manage code repositories with GitLab and Git, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with Helm chart development and maintenance.
  • Strong proficiency with monitoring, logging, alerting, cloud, platform, OS, CI/CD, repository storage, and management tools.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with other cloud providers such as GCP or Azure is preferred.
  • Security certifications such as AWS or CKS are preferred.
  • Experience with service mesh technologies is preferred.
