Description

  • Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test infrastructure.
  • Analyse test results, investigate failures, and help identify root causes of issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional team members to improve overall product quality.
  • Create and maintain test documentation and test cases.
  • Identify areas where automation can improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Work independently to determine where automation provides real value.
  • Organize and manage your own workload and working hours effectively.
  • Contribute to a low-meeting, high-autonomy team process focused on long-term quality.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with independent test framework development.
  • API automation experience.
  • Understanding of Python engineering practices.
  • Code review skills.
  • Good logical and technical thinking.
  • Decent level of experience-based testing.
  • Ability to identify areas where automation provides real value.
  • Ability to efficiently use AI tools and stay up to date with AI trends.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage your own working hours.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Good level of written English.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members across different work areas.
  • Experience with Python, preferably in the pytest ecosystem.
  • Experience with Playwright, Postman, Docker, GIT, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Kibana, Jira, and Testrail/Testmo.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Codex or Claude.
