Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners managing individual or small property portfolios and drive building inventory growth independently.
  • Manage the business process from start to finish for assigned accounts and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events and attend HOA, property, and networking meetings to support relationship development and brand awareness.
  • Understand GFiber’s network fundamentals and explain the service to new residential properties and commercial clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
  • Champion the GFiber brand and help increase the number of households able to order GFiber services through outside field sales activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiation experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements while working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience managing a sales funnel in a 30- to 90-day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales (preferred).
  • Experience working in the local market (preferred).
  • Experience using a CRM database (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to promptly provide information to internal and external stakeholders and customers (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $106,669 annually, including a $64,000 base salary and uncapped sales bonus.
