Description

  • Prospect residential customers by promoting GFiber internet services.
  • Build and maintain a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and follow-up by phone or email.
  • Update CRM records with customer information, conversion status, and notes.
  • Partner with team members to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate GFiber’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment.
  • Work outdoors traveling from home to home to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the team leader and peers to improve sales techniques.
  • Potentially contribute to sales efforts across multiple dwelling units (MDUs).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods, including frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in the ISP or telecom industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other industry-leading lead management software is preferred.
  • Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and solid communication skills is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $66,667-$73,334 annually, including a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped sales bonus.
