Description

  • Own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for Mobile and Cloud platform programs.
  • Ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Create documentation used by external partners and internal technical and regulatory teams.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion.
  • Contribute broadly to documentation structure and design.
  • Work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical writing experience, preferably creating highly technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers.
  • Experience developing API and SDK documentation for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Polarion.
  • BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing software development environment.
  • Comfort working with high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines.
  • Motivation to succeed while working independently.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar content creation systems; experience with Arena is a plus.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI tools for documentation creation is a plus.
