Description

  • Create detailed interior documentation in Archicad, including 3D models, construction drawings, demolition plans, and related deliverables.
  • Produce attractive photorealistic interior renderings.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret project specifications accurately.
  • Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related questions and challenges.
  • Stay current with Archicad advancements and recommend improvements to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Archicad Expert with a focus on interior documentation.
  • Proficiency in Archicad, including 3D modeling, construction documentation, and project data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, precise interior documentation.
  • Fluent English and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
  • Previous experience working for US clients or employers is valued.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
