Description

  • Define and communicate a unified product vision and roadmap across AI Transformation and Salesforce initiatives.
  • Research internal user needs and the AI landscape to prioritize AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities.
  • Own product development from discovery and requirements through prioritization, backlog management, and delivery.
  • Coordinate go-to-market and adoption activities with business units.
  • Align Salesforce platform work and AI initiatives while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with business units, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to drive adoption and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Provide tailored updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and engineering squad members.

Requirements

  • Experience overseeing AI/ML-based products and managing complex data, processing, and analysis work.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows, to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, release cycles, and administration/configuration concepts (preferred).
  • Ability to execute quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and delivering scalable, user-centered solutions.
  • Data-driven approach to iterative product improvement and impact measurement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling new products from inception and working through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex trade-offs to engineers and executives.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $141,700–$160,700 annually in CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, and NYC.
  • Base salary of $128,800–$146,100 annually in other U.S. locations.
  • Potential eligibility for a bonus.
  • Reasonable workplace accommodations for qualified applicants and employees.
