Description

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and commercial strategy for the global payments business.
  • Design the operating model, organizational structure, and scalable processes for the new venture.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy and international expansion roadmap.
  • Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, enterprise merchants, and digital platforms.
  • Lead high-value commercial negotiations and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing international team across commercial, partnerships, operations, and growth functions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Translate customer and market insights into strategic product priorities.
  • Own business performance by defining metrics, forecasting, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
  • Continuously optimize execution as the business scales globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, general management, or executive leadership.
  • Experience building or scaling a business, business unit, new market, or product from the ground up.
  • Strong experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, banking, acquiring, or crypto payments.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and enterprise negotiations.
  • Experience owning commercial strategy and business growth.
  • Experience hiring, building, and leading high-performing international teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
