Description

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day work of the Quote Prepper team.
  • Review and approve quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train, onboard, and mentor team members while building strong quality standards.
  • Ensure plant lists and client submissions meet quality standards before processing.
  • Own workload distribution and prioritization to meet turnaround targets.
  • Maintain and improve vendor catalogues and inventory data in internal systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and partner with Operations leadership to streamline processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or non-standard requests.
  • Track team performance and report on key metrics and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in operations, data entry, admin coordination, or supply chain.
  • Proven ability to support, train, or guide others in a formal or informal leadership capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence working with CRM or data tools, such as HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in financial services, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems such as SAP or NetSuite is preferred.
  • Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture is preferred.
