Description

  • Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses related to service of process.
  • Review case findings and cross-reference prior order details to support investigation outcomes.
  • Communicate investigation findings to co-workers and customers and advise on next steps.
  • Answer investigation-related phone calls and emails.
  • Update procedural documents and review existing procedures.
  • Work with the Investigations Team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 6 months of related experience is required.
  • Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers.
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback.
  • Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be located in Louisiana.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
