Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, networking, and creative outreach activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation, contract execution, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently update CRM records, and report key sales metrics.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and other decision-makers to secure high-value, complex deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment of solutions.
  • Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events, including occasional travel and local event organization or attendance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Tax, or Outsourcing.
  • Proficiency building pipeline through multiple channels including cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, referrals, and event-based prospecting.
  • Experience building and nurturing a network of referral partners and leveraging an existing contact network.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, strategic, and able to perform in a fast-paced, remote-first global team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and a results-focused (no-timesheet) work culture; English as the primary working language.
