Description

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and clients in Taiwan and support Hong Kong HR matters.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, record-keeping, and employee data processes.
  • Advise employees on HR policies, employment terms, payroll, benefits, and local practices.
  • Support Taiwan labor-law compliance, statutory requirements, registrations, and audits.
  • Coordinate benefits, insurance, bank account setup, and other local employee administration.
  • Escalate and resolve employee and client concerns while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Local Representative, regional, and global teams to deliver consistent service.
  • Support EOR employees, BCS initiatives, HR projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR operations, or HR specialist role in Taiwan.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, employment practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional and global teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in HR services, consulting, shared services, or a multinational company preferred.
  • Experience with EOR, payroll, HR outsourcing, or payroll processing preferred.
  • Proactive, hands-on, customer-focused approach with willingness to support ad hoc projects.
