Description

  • Administer and evolve the core business applications portfolio to keep platforms stable, current, and fit for Delivery operations.
  • Own configuration, release management, vendor relationships, renewals, roadmap planning, and service-level oversight for core applications.
  • Gather operational needs from Delivery teams and translate them into well-scoped, well-tested application changes.
  • Lead integrations between applications, including SSO, data synchronization, and process orchestration.
  • Partner with Master Data Management to manage master-data flows and protect consistency and data quality.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and responsive day-to-day application support.
  • Maintain access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties compliance across all applications.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate evidence and working within internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate workflows and help embed AI-assisted tools into daily processes.
  • Lead a small specialist team while staying closely involved in the platforms and their configuration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with business applications, including hands-on SaaS administration and configuration of CRM, ERP/finance, HRIS, or ticketing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong SaaS administration and configuration skills across multiple enterprise applications.
  • Practical experience with integrations and APIs, including SSO, data sync, and process orchestration between systems.
  • Vendor management experience, including release management, renewals, and service-level oversight.
  • Strong requirements-gathering skills and the ability to turn operational needs into clear, testable application changes.
  • Solid understanding of access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train non-technical users.
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted tools and openness to growing AI literacy as the function evolves.
  • Experience leading a small team of application specialists, preferred.
  • Exposure to master-data management and data-governance practices, preferred.
  • Relevant platform certifications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or ServiceNow, preferred.
