Description

  • Administer the Americas benefits portfolio, including medical, dental, vision, pension, life insurance, and regional perks.
  • Own the global business travel insurance process.
  • Verify, process, and maintain data for insurance premiums, claims, and costs.
  • Partner with Finance to prepare benefits data for management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with government requirements by tracking laws, regulations, and legal updates.
  • Monitor benefits utilization by preparing and distributing benefits reports.
  • Provide benefits-related data to internal team members as needed.
  • Resolve employee questions and issues by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Coordinate with brokers, platforms, carriers, and other partners to keep programs operating efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably supporting the Americas region.
  • Prior experience in an EOR or consulting environment is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of regional benefits programs and statutory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and excellent data processing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Portuguese proficiency at an intermediate to fluent level is required.
  • Candidates fluent in all three languages are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather and present data clearly for teams across multiple countries.
  • Global mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent, flexible, cooperative, creative, and responsible.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation platforms in HR/benefits administration is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, benefits cost monitoring, and process optimization is a plus.
  • Interest in digital transformation within Global People Services is preferred.
  • Experience with statutory employee benefit requirements in the U.S., Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and Puerto Rico is highly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience managing global or regional employee benefits programs.
  • Experience developing, administering, and implementing benefit programs, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • Working knowledge of human resources management principles and practices is preferred.
