Description

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, dashboard creation, and ad-hoc financial analysis projects.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • English fluency.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work remotely.
