Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team focused on technical ownership, security, and continuous delivery.
  • Design and implement secure access features integrating IT and OT networks.
  • Oversee scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures for global enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust and session monitoring capabilities.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in fast-paced environments.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, including complex systems built with Python.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP networking protocols.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, identity management, and encryption concepts.
  • Experience building distributed, highly available systems handling real-time traffic and data.
  • Proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude.
  • Familiarity with Angular or React preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
  • Cybersecurity experience, particularly with remote access, VPN, ZTNA, or IAM, preferred.
