Description

  • Lead and manage software engineers, including offshore teams, across multiple SaaS products.
  • Oversee development from planning through deployment, ensuring deadlines and code-quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define, scope, and deliver features and enhancements.
  • Improve development processes and ensure software engineering best practices are followed.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to support skill development and career growth.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across remote and offshore teams.
  • Follow information security policies and protect customer data throughout development activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
  • Strong experience with Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB.
  • Experience leading and managing software engineers, including offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Willingness to remain hands-on and provide technical leadership across multiple SaaS products.
