Description

  • Lead the deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring of ML and DL models through production.
  • Design and implement dataset and label management systems, including versioning and customer feedback integration.
  • Establish and maintain a model repository or registry with versioning, local inference, and model lineage support.
  • Implement experiment tracking and monitoring for data science and generative AI, including evaluation, data drift detection, and reproducibility.
  • Own model serving and inference systems, including autoscaling, A/B testing, canary rollouts, and latency and cost optimization.
  • Build infrastructure for generative AI workflows, including tagging tools, prompt management, and LLM testing services.
  • Improve operational efficiency by increasing tool deployment usability and adding granular cost visibility across projects and environments.
  • Develop reusable components such as standardized data loaders, CI/CD pipelines, and automated retraining workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data platform engineers to productionize ML and DL models for cloud environments.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with ML and DL workflows and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows and best practices.
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Experience with data stores such as Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experience with data science tools such as MLflow, Langfuse, and SageMaker.
  • Experience with Spark.
  • Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
