Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Break down complex technical problems into clear, actionable components and drive them to completion.
  • Build and optimize automation systems (e.g., customer email order processing).
  • Develop and refine conversational AI and voice agents for sales and support teams.
  • Lead vision AI initiatives, including mid-term automation projects for logistics.
  • Oversee and contribute hands-on to end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI team, driving engineering excellence.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI models in production.
  • Prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
  • Participate in regular brainstorming and innovation sessions, proposing new ideas and driving technical direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including ownership of complex, production-grade AI solutions.
  • Strong hands-on background ideally gained in a top-tier tech company (FAANG-level or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms and experience with NLP and/or vision models.
  • Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, production-ready ML systems.
  • Strong problem decomposition skills and ability to translate high-level concepts into deliverable workstreams.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and driving engineering excellence.
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver in a high-velocity environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Very good command of English.
