Description

  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client–VA pairs to meet client targets.
  • Partner with clients to create and prioritize task lists that improve productivity and profitability for their businesses and Client–VA pairs.
  • Oversee client–VA relationships by mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, and identifying patterns in performance and needs.
  • Handle high-level escalations, negotiations, and complex client situations to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and development activities for virtual assistants to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to grow their businesses using Global Medical’s suite of services.
  • Monitor and report on Client–VA performance metrics and take corrective actions to align outcomes with client expectations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implement solutions when client requirements or workflows change.

Requirements

  • Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management with familiarity in operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and growth-minded.
  • At least 1 year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think creatively and design solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts and available to coordinate across time zones.
  • Minimum system and connectivity requirements: primary computer with Intel Core i5 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher and 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, clear webcam, primary internet DSL/Fiber with minimum 100 Mbps contracted and backup internet >=20 Mbps; recommended: Intel Core i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM and primary internet 500 Mbps, and backup power (UPS) capable of 3+ hours.
