Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 30 client accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and monthly performance reviews with clients.
  • Keep clients informed, aligned, and confident in their campaigns through proactive communication.
  • Work closely with the media buying team to align on campaign strategy and performance.
  • Translate client feedback into clear direction for the media buyers and join end-of-month strategy calls.
  • Monitor campaign metrics well enough to discuss performance confidently with clients.
  • Proactively identify at-risk clients, prevent churn, and support client retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and surface them at the right time.
  • Manage client communication, ClickUp tasks, and client records with strong organization.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the trades or home services industry is a bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) sufficient to answer client questions confidently.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads concepts and basic digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to read performance data and translate it into plain-English conversations.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for clear, confident, professional video calls.
  • Native or near-native English fluency.
  • Polished and professional on camera, including appropriate setup, lighting, and appearance.
  • Highly coachable, with the ability to absorb feedback quickly and apply it immediately.
  • Ownership mentality, performance-driven mindset, calm under pressure, and a team-first attitude.
  • Comfort using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

  • Salary of $55,000–$60,000 USD base plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible schedule as long as work gets done.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Client-facing call hours designed to fit business hours, typically 10AM–7PM EST.
  • Opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of four media buyers.
  • Direct reporting line to founder Daniel Pereira.
  • US or Canada-based candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Candidates outside North America may be considered if they are native-level English speakers with no detectable accent on calls.
