Description

  • Review client requirements and preferences to identify suitable virtual assistants.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate potential virtual assistants' skills and qualifications.
  • Match virtual assistants to clients based on expertise, experience, and personality fit.
  • Coordinate introductions and onboarding for new client-virtual assistant pairs.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients and virtual assistants.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to fulfill client requests for virtual assistants.
  • Manage placement-related tools, trackers, files, and folders.
  • Collaborate with other departments on calibration and strategy discussions to improve placement outcomes.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in client management with direct client interaction experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work night shift.
  • Minimum system requirements: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, and a clear camera.
  • Backup system option: a second compatible computer setup or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours.
  • Primary internet connection: DSL/Fiber with at least 100 Mbps contracted speed.
  • Backup internet connection: at least 20 Mbps via cellular or wired connection.
  • Preferred system requirements: Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7+, 16 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe.
  • Preferred primary internet connection: DSL/Fiber with at least 500 Mbps contracted speed.
