Description

  • Manage full-cycle permanent, freelance, and project recruitment across technical, creative, production, product, and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Own hiring processes from initial brief through to hire, maintaining stakeholder communication and momentum.
  • Source, engage, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels.
  • Guide candidates through the process and deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments to support confident hiring decisions.
  • Support offer creation, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Provide talent-market insight, identify hiring risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in technology, creative, games, or entertainment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting high-quality talent.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Good judgement and confidence making decisions, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and the UK hiring landscape.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting technical and creative talent, supporting distributed or international teams, improving recruitment operations, mentoring recruiters, or working in scaling organisations.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to provide required documentation.
