Description

  • Build a deep understanding of financial services segments, their research needs, and use cases to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation and user lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Own and optimize the full marketing funnel through SQL conversion, including lead quality, handoff, and attribution.
  • Pilot and scale account-based marketing programs for high-priority hedge fund, private equity, and asset management accounts.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches.
  • Own the segment content plan, including case studies, reports, webinars, and thought leadership marketing.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Expert Marketing teams to promote key content and leverage relevant experts.
  • Use marketing performance data and KPI reporting to identify opportunities and drive campaign optimization.
  • Manage and develop a small team of marketers, with initial direct reports and plans for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience marketing to financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful funnel and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience in two-sided marketplace businesses and/or the research, data, or business information industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to direct teams and partners toward strategic and creative outcomes.
  • Fluency in core mar-tech tools, including marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and initiatives across markets simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
