Description

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM roles.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and related GTM positions.
  • Conduct outreach, resume reviews, and initial qualification screens while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams across time zones to support US hiring priorities.
  • Monitor US talent markets, competitor organizations, and B2B SaaS and AI industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting US GTM or commercial hiring.
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting in B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industries.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging and screening US-based candidates.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines independently.
  • Availability to work remotely from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented approach with experience tracking sourcing activity and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and complete an AI-focused interview exercise or discussion.
