Description

  • Drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts in the Southeast as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, Channel & Alliances, and other specialists to win complex deals.
  • Develop account strategies that align GitLab’s platform with customer business goals, compliance needs, and long-term technology plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across business and technical teams.
  • Create and execute account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement.
  • Lead customers through the full sales cycle from discovery and evaluation through negotiation and implementation.
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and win/loss analysis to improve go-to-market execution.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
  • Generate pipeline and support customer adoption through collaboration with channel and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling into large strategic enterprise accounts in the Southeast United States.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast enterprise market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Experience driving both new business acquisition and account expansion through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions.
  • Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline, co-sell, and support adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work in line with GitLab’s values and use GitLab and Salesforce in daily work.
  • Ability to travel as needed while following company travel policies.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $98,600 to $174,000 USD.
  • Sales roles are eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of base salary.
