Description

  • Own strategic enterprise accounts from discovery through post-sale account management on the Fieldwire platform.
  • Develop relationships with the largest and most strategic customer accounts to expand Fieldwire’s presence.
  • Land new logos and grow them into managed accounts.
  • Discover, coordinate, and attend in-person customer events to create new business opportunities.
  • Organize and facilitate in-person lead generation events with large customer stakeholders across the United States.
  • Attend and facilitate Customer Experience Events with strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Strategic Business Developers in Hilti North America to gather leads and own the Fieldwire sales cycle with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with customers interested in Fieldwire.
  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing referrals, making cold calls, and connecting stakeholders.
  • Work with the Construction Success Team to solve complex customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in business development or enterprise account sales.
  • Ability to establish credibility and sell at the C-suite level with large and complex customers.
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Natural relationship builder.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with new people, and presenting in person to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Metrics-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate technical product details to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented.
  • Cold-calling experience, preferred.
  • B2B transactional experience, preferred.
  • SaaS environment experience, preferred.
  • Construction background or experience, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $105,300 to $122,850.
  • Eligibility for a variable compensation bonus of up to $66,150.
  • Remote work within the US.
