Description

  • Assist Senior Regional Marketing Managers with campaign and event setup, execution, and reporting for AMER regional marketing programs.
  • Support regional marketing budget management by processing purchase orders and coordinating payments through GitLab’s procurement process.
  • Plan and coordinate regional event logistics, including venue research, vendor coordination, registration management, staffing requests, and onsite support.
  • Create and manage project deliverables such as Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns, UTMs, and target list requests.
  • Manage event materials and logistics end to end, including shipping, booth setup coordination, and attendee communications before, during, and after events.
  • Partner with the partner marketing team to support and monitor market development fund (MDF) campaigns.
  • Update and maintain regional marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
  • Coordinate with marketing operations on landing pages, email invitations, lead capture forms, lead collection, list uploads, and post-event analysis.
  • Track progress against deadlines and maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and communication.
  • Support the measurement of campaign and event performance and help identify improvements for future programs.

Requirements

  • Foundational experience in marketing or a related go-to-market role, ideally supporting regional or field programs with Sales.
  • Proven ability to coordinate integrated campaigns and events that support sales pipeline goals.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and program management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and help build scalable programs.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking performance, measuring results, and recommending improvements.
  • Experience supporting budget management, including tracking spend, processing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for stakeholder updates and simple content creation.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment as a self-directed “manager of one.”
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and GitLab is a plus.
  • Potential travel up to 25%.
