Description

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for Kaia, with activations as the main KPI.
  • Lead creative strategy and direct the assets and copy for enrollment and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop and refine Kaia’s tone of voice and voice of the customer.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to address under-performance.
  • Partner with product, sales, member operations, and executive leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support B2B demand generation and client enrollments in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Lead top-of-funnel positioning and messaging across digital and offline channels.
  • Build and scale ROI-positive performance marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, push, and retargeting.
  • Design and optimize member journeys from first touch through long-term engagement.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and testing.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team across marketing, analytics, design, and growth enablement.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in growth or performance marketing.
  • Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in early-stage, experimental environments and later-stage, scalable environments.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, ideally in healthcare, digital wellness, or consumer tech.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using Metabase, Google Sheets, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience building high-impact user journeys and optimizing multi-channel funnels.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Bias toward action, creative problem solving, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for helping people live healthier, pain-free lives.

Benefits

  • €70,000 - €110,000 annual compensation, including base, variable, and equity.
